Swagman Upright Roof Bike Racks Review - 2014 Toyota Tundra

Today on our 2014 Toyota Tundra, we're going to be test fitting the Swagman upright. This is a roof-mounted, frame clamp-style bike rack that's part number is S64720. We've already got our Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero roof rack system in place on the Tundra, so we're going to begin our test fit by placing the rack right up onto our crossbars. At the front, we'll first bring one of our metal U-bolts around the underside of our bars, fit it up through the head of the carrier, and then thread on two wing nuts for now. Then we're going to take a second U-bolt and repeat that same process on the other side of the head of the carrier. With all of our four of our wing nuts threaded on, we'll start tightening all of them down. That's going to bring those U-bolts up to grab firmly onto the crossbar, and that'll secure our rack to the front crossbar here. With that nicely secure, we'll move to the rear. more
